The Brief
InnSight Advisory has been engaged by Oceans uMhlanga (Pty) Ltd to conduct various market demand and feasibility studies for the development of the Oceans Project and South Tower to ascertain the best mix of traditional hotel, ownership and short- or long-term rental apartments. Studies were specifically requested to present the demand state to potential Oceans investors and ascertain appropriate branding, operations and lifestyle models.
