The Brief
US Owners wanted to design, establish, construct and launch a luxury boutique hotel and Villa Estate comprising 28 Villas in Stonetown and Fumba town in Zanzibar.
The Work
We conceptualised and crafted a new luxury boutique hotel brand and facilities with full operating concepts and market presence. This was done alongside a full development advisory, operations, and marketing launch plan – including design, brand hierarchy for this and future developments in Africa, Logos, positioning, brochures, signage, website, social media set up and content plans, branded operations services, F&B menu designs, SOPs and more.
