The Brief

Family owned, Board briefed us to complete a Turnkey Brand Audit to resolve a dispute on a collection portfolio of brands approach vs a standalone luxury lodge brand strategy that was contributing to the majority of profits, prepare Brand Hierarchy strategy and lead briefing direction on every 360° touchpoint from website, sales, retail, transport, advertising to every on-property amenity – and ensuring direction for all shareholders.

A carefully researched and bespoke brand audit comprising a visual CI journey with recommendations on every touchpoint and element, and clear direction to every marketing output.

The Outcome

Adoption for Lion Sands and all other hotels and lodges to follow the disciplines and brand journey to improve guest perceptions and acceptance of the leading destination brand.
