The Brief

O&L Group, and their subsidiary Hospitality Company, O&L Leisure, required full development and operations advisory support from InnSight on development and operations concepts, the Brand persona, Positioning hierarchy, HR structures and effective commercial route-to-market solutions for their properties

The Work

Based off of their Brand persona, we created a Positioning hierarchy and route-to-market strategy for O&L Leisure and each hotel, lodges and country estate. Working in collaboration with their agency, and their professional development consultants, Sales & Marketing strategy, HR and and Operations teams, InnSight crafted Individual Hotel/ Lodge Brand Operations plans,Positioning blueprints , development concepts, marketing plans, detailed customer and operating unique guest journeys and commercial solutions – all consistent with the high level O&L Group strategy.

The Outcome

Integration into development and operations plans, and aligning with GM’s, Marketing and professional consultants as to how O&L vision lives at hotel or lodge level – implemented at their properties; The Strand Swakopmund, Chobe Water Villas, Midgard Country Estate and the new Mokuti Etosha Lodge launch.
